Cancellation Policy

For all half and full day tours scheduled by New Leaf Connect, plus single day private transport arrangements:

  • Any cancellation made 7+ days prior to departure will result in a full refund.

  • Cancellation between 1 week and 48 hours from departure will result in a 15% fee.

  • Cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in a 25% fee.

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of failure to board will result in no refund.

For all multi-night adventures and custom trips:

  • Any cancellation made after payment of deposit or final payment up until 7 days prior to departure will result in a $100 booking fee per person. Remaining payments will be refunded.

  • Cancellation between 1 week and 48 hours from departure will result in a 15% fee.

  • Cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in a 25% fee.

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of failure to board will result in no refund.

Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
