Please note that private transport must be arranged with 24+ hours notice. Bookings are confirmed on receipt of payment.

Fares are calculated based on distance and time. Cleaning fees and applicable weekday or weekend driver rates are applied as necessary.

STANDARD ROUTES & RATES

Private Charter: Dongara - Geraldton - Dongara

Minivan Price (11 passenger seats): Weekday - $750, Weekend - $850
Bus Price (21 passenger sears): Weekday - $850, Weekend - $950

Duration: 8 hours total

A private charter is ideal for groups wanting to create their own itinerary. We are happy for you to provide your own or we can help with suggested places to visit and see. Maximum passenger capacity of our vehicles are 11 and 21, or 32 people combined.

For groups travelling with children, we have 4 anchor points in the vehicle for car seats. Seats need to be provided by the customer.

Door-to-door pick-up & drop-off within Dongara and Port Denison and along the Brand Highway between Dongara and Geraldton is included in the price along with multiple transfers within the township of Geraldton.

*$100 surcharge for every hour or part thereof if 8 hour booking is exceeded.

Transfers between Geraldton Airport, Dongara and Port Denison

$330 per one-way transfer

This private charter service is for door-to-door transport between Dongara, Port Denison and the Geraldton Airport. It is based on a whole vehicle price.

Maximum passenger capacity is 11 and 21, or 32 people with the use of both vehicles. Luggage trailer available, surcharge applies.

Transfers to Wooleen Station from Dongara, Port Denison & Geraldton

Same-day journey for drop off only = $999

  • This will require an early morning departure from Dongara or Geraldton for drop off to the station to allow the vehicle and driver to return on the same day and during daylight hours. If a late departure is required an overnight fee will be incurred for the driver to stay overnight before returning the following day.

Return drop off and pick up = $2,299

  • This includes the same day journey for drop off to the station, as detailed above. For the return journey there is an additional overnight charge as the driver will be required to stay the night at the Station prior to your return in order to be well rested before transporting passengers back to Geraldton or Dongara.

*Please note that a one way journey will take approximately 4.5-5 hours. The pricing is based on a vehicle round trip of approximately 675km for each drop off or pick up.

This transfer is ideal for small group transport between Dongara and Perth, including door-to-door service. This cost is based on a whole vehicle price. Passenger capacity of 11 and 21 available, or 32 people with the use of both vehicles.
